What “bring your own key” means. On every plan you can attach your own API keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek or OpenRouter. Ideyo then calls the provider with your key: the provider bills you directly at its list price, and your subscription pays for Ideyo itself (the pipeline, the documents, the gates, the GitHub delivery). Nothing is marked up, and your budget cap stops every run before it goes over.

Managed studies and one-off purchases run on Ideyo’s keys instead, so you need no key at all.

Questions.

Which models can I use?
Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Mistral, DeepSeek and any model on OpenRouter. Choose one per stage, or start from a preset. The full list with prices is on the Models page.
What happens to my API keys?
They are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, validated once with a cheap call, used only for your own projects, and never displayed again except for their last four characters. Delete them whenever you like.
Who owns the code and the documents?
You do. Ideyo pushes the code to a repository in your GitHub account, and the documents are yours to download, edit and hand to a client. We claim no rights over what you build.
What if the verdict is NO-GO?
The study is still yours, with the reasons, the evidence and what would change the answer. The project stops and waits: push it on with a message, or close it. A NO-GO before the code is the cheapest answer you will ever get.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Cancel a plan from your settings and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can also stop a run at any moment, or close a project.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes, for one-off purchases (a study or a managed project) in the UEMOA zone, in CFA francs, with Orange Money, Wave or MTN MoMo depending on your country, through CinetPay. Subscriptions are paid by card.
Where is my data stored?
Your account, projects and documents are stored in Ideyo’s own database, with your keys encrypted inside it. The text of a project is sent to the model provider you chose for each stage, under that provider’s API terms, and the code goes to your GitHub. The privacy policy lists every recipient.
Is my work used to train models?
Ideyo trains no models and does not use your projects for training. The main API providers state that they do not train on API traffic by default; check the terms of the providers you use.
Are the deliverables written by AI?
Yes. Studies, specs, designs and code are generated by AI models, and labelled as such. They can be wrong, which is why Ideyo cites its sources, runs tests and reviews, and stops for your approval at the two gates.
What does the demo model do?
It is a scripted model built into Ideyo. It walks a realistic project through every stage, at no cost and without any key, so you can see the whole pipeline before you choose a plan.
