Ideyo builds what you ask it to build. These rules keep it from being used to harm people or break the law, and keep the service fair for everyone. They add to the usage policies of the model providers Ideyo relies on, which also apply to you.
01Do not build or ask for
- Anything illegal where you or your users are, or anything that facilitates a crime.
- Malware, ransomware, credential stealers, botnets, or tools to break into systems you are not authorized to test.
- Phishing pages, fake sign-in forms, or sites and apps that impersonate a real person, brand or organization.
- Products designed to defraud: fake reviews, fake receipts, pyramid schemes, deceptive promises of easy money.
- Stalkerware, covert surveillance, or tools that track people without their knowledge and consent.
- Content that sexualizes minors, or sexual content involving real people without their consent.
- Weapons capable of mass harm, or instructions for making them.
- Harassment, hate, or incitement to violence against people or groups.
- Systems that make consequential decisions about people (credit, employment, housing, health) without the human review and legal safeguards those decisions require.
- AI-generated content passed off as human-made where the law requires disclosure.
02Do not misuse the service
- Share or resell your account, your plan, or access to Ideyo’s managed keys.
- Try to get around budget caps, plan limits or usage limits.
- Probe, scan or attack Ideyo, its users or its providers, except through responsible disclosure.
- Use Ideyo to extract model weights, or to generate training data for a competing model where a provider’s terms forbid it.
- Upload personal information you have no right to process, or third parties’ secrets.
03Security research
Found a vulnerability? Write to security@ideyo.io with the details. Act in good faith, do not access other people’s data, and give us reasonable time to fix it; we will not pursue research done that way.
04Enforcement
We may refuse a request, stop a run, suspend a project or close an account that breaks this policy, and report illegal content to the authorities. Where possible we warn you first and tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to hello@ideyo.io.
